So i have just finished the first part of my heads up-hu training with broker star who i brough on a few weeks ago to help me with my hu game. broker is an awesome player who is successful in the playing and coaching relms. he is an accomlished hu player who can play at some of the highest stakes online as well as teach online with some great up and comers. his results speak for themself. broker has a site www.tagpoker.co.uk check it out he has a ton of video's all free to help people learn the hu game. i recommend his coaching package as it is one of the most realistic price wise $150 for 4 1 hour sessions which is alot less then alot of these hu pros out there. some of these pros will charge $300-350 an hour. broker is a awesome coach as he breaks things down into easy to remember guidlines and shows you wat to against each opponet type and how to beat them -death by a thousand strikes.
i have had some ok results in the last little while but have really taken some time off to focus on learning brokers program so i can really push myself with my new game plan. its crazy to see how your thinking changes with a game plan as u are prepared for things before they happen. my goal is to be playing the 100-200 games in the next 18 months on a regular basis. i plan on 10-20 games per day 6 days a week with the focus on the games played and making the right decisions and being prepared for all games and situations before they happen. i still plan on playing some sng's and mtt to keep my skills sharpe but my other area of focus is limit holdem as it was a game i excelled at live and have had some great results online. i have follow a guy on drag the bar.com giant budha who is a limit holdem expert and have picked up some world class plays and have been crushing the micro limit holdem table. will write back soon as i am off all weekend and ready to get some games in.
