frustration

i usually reserve my blogs to talk about the frustrations and goings on in the poker world. today i became so tilted with something that is out of my control. i had 3 hu matches lost because my Internet went out yet again. it would come back on then go off for a few minutes. i called telus and they said everything was working fine. now telus and i have some history with them having to dispatch 3 repair agents out to my house over the last few months in order to repair my connection. first it was my alarm that was installed. then it was the router then it was the first technician's fixing of the alarm system install. needless to say frustration is extremely high with them. back when i had the technicians come out to the house i lost close to 150 buck on sit n go's that i was playing when my Internet went down. of course telus wouldn't do anything for me but give me a free month of Internet. weak. i called shaw cable for a quote and wanted to switch all my services over but of course telus has me in some sort of weak ass contract over the next 3 years and will cost me 250 bucks to get out of. originally i thought man is that alot of cash. but now with the money i will save with shaw as they are cheaper the amount of money i have lost in poker would more then make up for the bill to buy out my contract. so i put my order in today to switch everything over to shaw. so thank god i will be back on a cable Internet service that i have had great results with. just a week to wait and roll the dice if i decide to play any hu games between now and then.

on a good note i took a shot at the $10 hu games and went 2-0. good thing i decided to step back down as the Internet issue cost me 3 buy ins. in my $10 hu adventure i played very well and basically found the same spew donkeys as i had at the $5 level. i did however find alot more regs playing the $10 level with some of them posting good profits and roi. i spoke to broker about it and he advised to sit first and most of these guys will leave u alone. as my graph gets better they wont come knocking at all as we all want to play the spew donkeys. i think i played well using my Small ball hybrid style to exploit these guys. both guys i played were calling stations and gave me all sorts of value on my made hands. its almost like a golden rule with these calling stations as they hit the 800 chip level they become hyper aggressive and start shoving any 2 until the get back over 1000 then its back to calling. but once they get used to calling against u they seem to be ok with just give you there chips. both matches ended with these stations calling with a weak top pair into my made hand.

anyways i will be playing sparingly in the next week as i don't know if i will have Internet or not and i am done losing money to guys i should be beating because of my Internet connection.

sorry to bitch about this but its major life tilt and its bad for me to keep it in
